To preserve the aesthetic appeal of Drake Hill, it is essential that any exterior changes such as the installation of fences, decks, pools, tennis courts, mailboxes, light poles, landscaping, or any other structure must obtain written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before the commencement of construction. Please complete the form and it will be automatically distributed to all members of the Homeowners Association (HOA).

4. Please provide a detailed list of the major construction materials for the project. The exterior materials must match those used on the original building or be compatible.

5. Check the box if the proposed project extends beyond your property line or limited common area.

6. Check the box if the proposed improvement impacts any commonly shared areas, utilities, or legal rights of access on your property.

7. Check the box if you need to use shared areas, utilities, or easements to access your building lot, such as common areas, drainage or sewer easements, landscape easements, landscape preservation easements, or lake easements.

If you are suggesting a project that would modify or add to the structural appearance of your residence, we kindly request you to provide us with the following information:

8) Please estimate the time needed to complete the project once the committee approves it. Let us know if building permits are required. Please include a plot plan with the Architectural Change Request, showing the proposed improvement's location and dimensions. This form will be rejected without a plot plan. All materials submitted will remain the Association's property, but you may keep a personal copy.
