To preserve the aesthetic appeal of Drake Hill, it is essential that any exterior changes such as the installation of fences, decks, pools, tennis courts, mailboxes, light poles, landscaping, or any other structure must obtain written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before the commencement of construction. Please complete the form and it will be automatically distributed to all members of the Homeowners Association (HOA).

If you are suggesting a project that would modify or add to the structural appearance of your residence, we kindly request you to provide us with the following information:

A) A plot plan that indicates the location and measurements of the project.

B) Blueprints or working drawings that contain all necessary dimensions and elevations.

C) Samples or chips of the paint and/or stain you plan to use.

D) If possible, a photograph or drawing of a similar project.

8) Please estimate the time needed to complete the project once the committee approves it. Let us know if building permits are required. Please include a plot plan with the Architectural Change Request, showing the proposed improvement's location and dimensions. This form will be rejected without a plot plan. All materials submitted will remain the Association's property, but you may keep a personal copy.
